Suspension, Brakes and performance parts for your Alfa romeo GTV, 75, 90, Giulietta and RZ
These are the same wishbones that are included in the full coilover kit but also fit factory cars.
They offer a very good upgrade even if no coilover is used and has our unique caster rod joints that require no drilling or grinding in the car unlike the 105 series joints.
It´s OEM style joints offer the rigidity of a uniball but with better comfort and are sealed with dust boots, they are also a much better solution than polybushes that often tend to ”stick”.
Adjustable length makes camber adjustment easy and more camber for track use possible.
These are a very good solution if you want to use a coilover brand that is sold and serviced locally.
Made in billet high strength anodized alloy for maximum lightness, strength and durability!

The alloy parts are made of billet high strength anodized alloy for maximum lightness, strength and durability!
This kit is available either as a street or track setup where the track setup uses harder 1:1 damping ratio, extra helper springs and spring guides.

This is something really special for all Alfa drivers out there, a rear brake upgrade that fits at the wheels!
Why you might wonder as Alfa made all the trouble to fit them at the gearbox? The factory solution was a top solution in its days offering disc brakes combined with low unsprung weight. As the brake torque was sent to the gearbox instead of the rear axle no twisting force acted upon it, the factory solution was quite ingenious.
The factory rear brakes works very well for street and trackday use on a low powered car even though they are a pain to adjust!
So why do many race cars including Alfas own use brakes fitted at the wheels?
First if the car is significantly lowered, the front dedion bushing no longer line up with the rear axle and during braking these will try to line up as when you are stretching a rope when the rear axle is pulled rearwards. With brakes fitted on the axle the brake torque will try to twist the axle and as the axle is fitted to the car at the dedion bushing it will try to twist around that. This produces a diving force just like when you try to drive away with the handbrake on in many small cars which will reduce the rise when braking.
If your car is tuned and has more power things are going to heat up at the gearbox. Not only the gearbox get hotter from more power, if you have an lsd differential the friction from that will add a lot of heat too. This in combination with the heat from the rear brakes is not a good combination and it tends to cook the grease out of the inner driveshaft joints, especially on the exhaust side which is another heat source.
This kit is a solution for all these problems and as it has hand brake it is also suitable for a street car.
A little more work is required to fit this kit, your hubs will have to be sent to me to be turned down to accept 156 discs(155 for 4/98), the studs pressed out and holes drilled to fit new longer studs. The hub face must also be turned on the inside to accept a new steering for the wheels. The studs and steering is required as the disc adds 7mm track width on each side.
To fit the brackets to the rear axle welding is required.
The kit comes in two versions, either 276mm solid discs with two pot calipers(very light) or 284mm vented discs with four pot calipers.
The kit comes complete with handbrake cables, wire balancer, pads, and alloy spacers that replaces the factory discs at the gearbox. These are an important piece of the puzzle to get maximum performance from your car and a must for a track car!
Price 1273 euro plus VAT for 2 pot version.
Price 1411 euro plus VAT for 4 pot version.
+ 50 euro for Brembo slotted discs.
+ 100 euro for Ferodo racing pads.

This kit is a really big improvement in roadholding and makes the car much more suited for modern traffic and modern tires aswell as trackdays. The kit is developed and tested especially for the 116 chassis with suitable spring and damping rates.
It offers full adjustability of both springs and dampers, this makes cornerweighting and height adjustments easy.
The use of 2,25″ springs gives the customer possibility to choose any spring rate and the customer is not stuck to certain setup.
For track use it is possible to have a setup with harder 1:1 damping rate, harder springs, helper springs and spring guides.
The wisbone features our unique caster joint that is the only on the market that require no drilling or grinding to fit unlike the 105 joints.
Using OEM ”silent” joints in the wishbone combines the rigidness of a uniball with better comfort and is a much better solution than polybushes that often has a tendency to ”stick”
The wishbone has adjustable length that makes it easier to adjust camber and the possibility to have more camber for track use.
The alloy parts are made of billet high strength anodized alloy for maximum lightness, strength and durability!
These are intended to use without torsionbars.
Using coilover requires a rust free Shell, for road use bracing is not a must but recommended, for track use with harder springs it is a must.
See our brace products for more info.

This brace is recommended when fitting front coilovers and a must for track use if no other bracing is fitted.
The brace has special bolts that fit in the long slots in the chassis rail that the dampers are fitted to. This means that no drilling is required but on some cars the washer fluid reservoir will have to be relocated.
For nord engines this brace adds the possibility to have an extra Engine mount at the top of the engine, this makes it possible to reduce the Engine wobble while keeping the factory Engine mounts at the same time as comfort is retained.
For TS extra engine mount see separate part.
